Al-Qaeda Claims Responsibility For Bhutto’s Murder

I don’t generally use profanity when I write and I’m doing my best not to do so this time, despite the expressiveness that it would bring to the subject. I’ll just settle for saying that these people are subhuman, murdering animals:

Karachi, 27 Dec. (AKI) - (by Syed Saleem Shahzad) - A spokesperson for the al-Qaeda terrorist network has claimed responsibility for the death on Thursday of former Pakistani prime minister Benazir Bhutto.

“We terminated the most precious American asset which vowed to defeat [the] mujahadeen,” Al-Qaeda’s commander and main spokesperson Mustafa Abu Al-Yazid told Adnkronos International (AKI) in a phone call from an unknown location, speaking in faltering English. Al-Yazid is the main al-Qaeda commander in Afghanistan.

It is believed that the decision to kill Bhutto, who is the leader of the opposition Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), was made by al-Qaeda No. 2, the Egyptian doctor, Ayman al-Zawahiri in October.

Death squads were allegedly constituted for the mission and ultimately one cell comprising a defunct Lashkar-i-Jhangvi’s Punjabi volunteer succeeded in killing Bhutto.

Proud of themselves, aren’t they?

I hope that they have stumbled across the rule of unintended consequense with this. Their own brutality has led to their near demise in Iraq when the people turned on them. Perhaps the Pakistani people will realize that Al-Qaeda and their cockroaches in arms, the Taliban, are not their friends after all and will turn on them the way the Iraqis have.

Wishful thinking, perhaps, but it is possible.

Another point - what just happened was more than murdering a great woman. It was blatant interference in the internal Pakistani elections by what amounts to a foreign terrorist entity. I hope they see that and exterminate those animals like the vermin they are.

This is a wake up call to the people of the West who are clamoring for “democracy” in Pakistan.  Free elections will bring similar results as that in Gaza--the radicals will force the population, thru violence, to elect the radical Muslims--and that will be the end of a Western-leaning Pakistan. They will control the bomb--India will not stand for that--all hell could break loose. This is a setback to free people everywhere.  Bad news!

The entire northern half of Pakistan needs to be completely bombed. Everything gone. It’s where the Taliban hang out, where al Qaeda types hang out, where the cheap buy-all-you-can-carry weapons bazaars are located, and where almost no women and children exist. Dirty men chanting “Allah Allah Allah” hypnotically infest the land.

We need to swallow the disgust to the point of nausea, man up, and bomb the area back a couple of years (they’re already in the stone age).

So are we.

It seems fairly obvious Bin Laden is already having his dirt nap.  Bush needs to get #2--and as many of these mutts as he can-- before he hands the keys over to Mrs. Clinton.

...before he hands the keys over to Mrs. Clinton.

Oh please! This is not a forgone conclusion.

No, it’s not a forgone conclusion.  It’s a scenario--probably “most likely” at this point in that the job appears to be hers to lose.  I view Hillary as being un-electable--she’s a dimwit with a tin ear--with socialist views that are beyond what the American people are prepared to accept.  Unfortunately, Mrs. Clinton’s flaws are less apparent to others.

Thompson and Giuliani are probably wired to finish what Bush started, but I have my doubts about the rest.

Hey, I thought Al-Qaeda was completely defeated? Ooops, I forgot, that is in Iraq. Goddamn good thing we are stuck in Iraq. It really helps the situation in Pakistan.

Well, it depends on what the corporate powers want. If they want Clinton, then it will be Clinton. One thing certain, it will not be what the people want.

Socialist: Trolling again?

The only legitimate role of government with regard to economics is to prevent fraud and provide a remedy- civil and criminal penalties- in case of fraud.

People have the mistaken notion that the free market has no rules.  But it most certainly does.  All our problems are due to government meddling.

What are we supposed to do militarily in Pakistan? “Sovereign nation blah blah blah”. Remember?

You’re forgetting your different trolls.

History lesson: Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda attacked us on 9/11. Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda are in Pakistan.

This gives us valid reason to invade Pakistan and kill or capture those who attacked us. Or do we just allow those who attacked us to go free and go attack a country that did not attack us?

Some turkey butt pro-American muslim pundit on the Conservative talk show radio just said that Al Qaeda didn’t do it - because they never engage in political assassinations of leadership. Was he JOKING???

Pardon me, but some this WEEK came to mind, and dozens this past year, if not Al Qaeda, are certainly groups who work in tandem for the same identical goals, with the same identical tactics, such as Hizbullah and Hamas, etc - and they are killing leadership in many nations when they get the chance, exactly this same way!
One killed in Baghdad this week.

Good grief.

So far, if Al Qaeda says they did it, that usually turns out to be very much the case, even when at first it has seemed almost impossible, or highly improbable.

Al Quaeda is now denying involvement.

To me this denial almost seems credible because of the very suspect telephone intercept.  This looks like a very amateurish frame up.

Typical terrorist-sympathizing leftie.  AQ says something, you swallow it hook, line and sinker.

Give some proof that it was Al Quaeda.  That tape certainly isn’t it.  I don’t believe for one second that Al Quaeda operatives don’t know better than to speak of where they are on an open phone line.

Lestat on December 30, 2007 at 06:29 pm

Give some proof that it was Al Quaeda.

Why?  You think AQ tells the truth, and that our President lies; you are too stupid to recognize the truth. You are a typical leftie terrorist sympathizer.
George Soros says “jump”, and you say, “how high”.  Pathetic.

Do you think the Pakistani government tells the truth?

I don’t know who killed her.  I think there should be an investigation.  There have been too many different stories.

Bhutto’s supporters believe it is the government.  They were no friends of Al Quaeda.

The Pakistani government claims it has proof.  Maybe they should release it.

Lestat on December 30, 2007 at 06:59 pm

Lestat: While we’re on “maybe”, maybe AQ was hired by the Pakistani govt to do it.  Maybe Martians did it…

Maybe, maybe, maybe.  AQ’s last stronghold is in Pakistan, and they want their own State.  You do the math.  Assassinating Bhutto puts Pakistan up for grabs, and you lefties are helping AQ by trying to blame the US and our President in some way(like you do for everything).  Some of us are not as stupid as you are.
AQ stands to profit from this event, quite handsomely.
As they say in Latin: “Qui bono?”

The current Pakistani government has just as much motive to kill her as Al Quaeda.  She and her party are expected to win the Jan 8 elections.  There is now a good chance that they will reinstate Martial Law and postpone the elections.

There is now a good chance that they will reinstate Martial Law and postpone the
elections.

Which gives AQ a chance to take over.
