Al Gore Stifling Free Speech
Organizers of a protest of Al Gores envrironmental policies have had their permit revoked. They planned to fly an Hot Air Balloon to make fun of Gore’s hypocrisy.
Algore’s minions told the group that they were going to try to stop their protest. At first they were told that park rules prohibited launching of balloons from the park. That surprised the group as they had told the authorities that they were going to do just that and got their permit.
Well it turns out NOT to be true, there is in fact a specific provision allowing for the launching of balloons in the regulations.
The thugs in the local Nashville government have escalated the issue by revoking their permit entirely. That appears to be unlawful.
Never fear the organizers found a private lot about a mile away.
Gore-bots just can’t stand free speech I guess.
