Uh, yeah. The swiped email list is totally going to overshadow Pomeroy ignoring his constituents, and breaking his promise, to vote for this boondoggle.

    Good work, damn good work!!

Well, I and others have also written Congressman Pomeroy consistently over this period of debate on HCR and are very pleased with his decision to vote yes for tonight’s historic vote. I will be contacting him tomorrow in support of his campaign for re-election to the House. Mr. Berg will first need to answer how he got the email list.

Rob do these idiots realize what they actually voted for or did they just want to win….So what happens with the Bismarck Deal? Isd it in or is it out

Great work here, keep up the good fight as we have much more fighting to do against these Tyrants in our Government! The cockroaches will be squashed but not soon enough! I have written Earl several times and explained to him that I have not been politically active in the past other than voting. This time around, I will be working to defeat him in whatever capacity I can be effective. My last email to him states:
Congratulations on your vote for early retirement! I am looking forward to supporting Rick Berg to replace you as our ND representative in Washington. Your loyalty to the party I trust will serve you well in your soon to be unemployed status. There is not enough money in the world you can spend in ND and be re-elected. When you turn the lights out in your office for the last time, remember this vote that you cast which will cost succeeding generations money which cannot be borrowed, but must be extracted out of the economy in the form of taxes and mandates. Goodnight and goodbye Mister Pomeroy!

Rob, it was your blog that broke the story on Berg and the email list. I do not see how Pomeroy ignored his constituents or broke his promises. Immediately, 106,000 ND seniors will receive free preventive services and 18,800 of these ND seniors will have their brand-name drug costs in the Medicare Part D “doughnut hole” halved. In addition, 14,700 ND small businesses will be helped by small business tax credits that make premiums more affordable for their employees. Finally, 70,000 ND residents who do not currently have insurance as well as 63,000 State residents who have non-group insurance will be able to get affordable coverage through competitive health insurance exchanges. The way I see it Congressman Pomeroy DID listen to his constituents, demonstrating courageous leadership in the face of false propaganda and fear mongering.
