If you miss the live broadcast you can catch a re-broadcast of the Sunday, Monday and Tuesday night shows on URLRadio.net from 11:00am - 12:00pm central time. Or you can always download past shows via the podcast.
ON TONIGHT’S SHOW: There’s more news in the on-going Countrywide scandal that Kent Conrad is hip-deep in. I’ll bring you the latest. The Senate Finance Commitee passed their version of the health care bill. One Republican voted for it, and now Obama is calling it a “bi-partisan” bill. Except, there are more Democrats opposing the bill than Republicans supporting it. Also, the Mayo Clinic is limiting the number of Medicare and Medicaid patients it accepts. What does that tell us about government efforts to control health care costs in general? Other topics: Stimulus jobs are costing us $76,000 each in North Dakota, the National Heritage Area town hall was a roaring success and what’s with all the tax dollars spent on subsidizing down town businesses?
Plus, as always, your calls on any political topic you want to discuss.
