The North Dakota Taxpayers Association is holding a dinner event featuring author and Wall Street Journal columnist John Fund and former Ag Secretary and North Dakota Governor Ed Schafer. The event will take place on Saturday April 11th, 2009 in Fargo at the Ramada Plaza Suites.
I’ve heard Fund speak at a few events, and he is always worth the price of admission. And who doesn’t enjoy seeing good old Ed Schafer live and in person? Rumor has it Ed’s been spending his days driving dump trucks full of clay as part of the Red River flood efforts. That’s our Ed.
