ACORN Office Raided in Vegas -Voter Fraud Suspected

Nevada state authorities seized records and computers Tuesday from the Las Vegas office of an organization that tries to get low-income people registered to vote, after fielding complaints of voter fraud.

Bob Walsh, spokesman for the Nevada secretary of state’s office, told FOXNews.com the raid was prompted by ongoing complaints about “erroneous” registration information being submitted by the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, also called ACORN.

Erroneous, eh? Nothing like the starting lineup of the Dallas Cowboys, right? Right??

The group was submitting the information through a voter sign-up drive known as Project Vote.

“Some of them used nonexistent names, some of them used false addresses and some of them were duplicates of previously filed applications,” Walsh said, describing the complaints, which largely came from the registrar in Clark County, Nev.

Secretary of State Ross Miller said the fraudulent registrations included forms for the starting lineup of the Dallas Cowboys football team.

“Tony Romo is not registered to vote in the state of Nevada, and anybody trying to pose as Terrell Owens won’t be able to cast a ballot on Nov. 4,” Miller said.

Whodathunk it? Sounds like they could use a good lawyer ‘round about now! Anybody have Barack’s number? I think we’re starting to get ACORN’s number!

Just suspected?  How about alleged suspected?  These people are just the tip of the iceberg.

I refer back to my earlier question.

Clearly Nevada was a state that was heavily contested between Obama and Hillary Clinton, and one of the states where strange things happened that ended up favoring Obama.

What are the chances that Acorn’s activities were responsible for stealing the nomination from Hillary?

I would say the chance of ACORN stealing Hillary’s nomination is a pretty good guess. One thing about Barrak Obama is he is really going to lower the standards for candidates. He is making Hillary look really good! She is by far more experienced.

She is by far more experienced.

Not only is she more experienced, but she is more moderate.

Hillary is just a liberal. Barack Obama is significantly to the left of what one can reasonably call liberal. Hence his willingness to supress free speech when he finds that speech inconvenient. And don’t forget about the dirty tricks used to remove serious opponents from ballots in his Illinoise races.

The whole rant about voter fraud is itself a fraud. The Bush administration has been trying to prosecute cases of voter fraud and has convicted about 5 people in the
last 6 years of actual voter fraud. Registering false names does not mean that anyone will really show up and try to vote as Tony Roma or Donald Duck.  Most of the time “voter fraud” is a case of someone not being aware of eligibility or mistakes in registration.  The Republicans have been beating this drum for years in an effort to justify imposing restrictions on voters to help suppress turnout.  It is pathetic that these creeps have to resort to these tactics.  the real threat to electoral integrity is rigged voting machines and other right wing electoral fraud.

The truly pathetic ones are those on the Left who condone this illegal and dishonest behavior!

Mark Kirwin - The whole rant about voter fraud is itself a fraud.

So it is not “voter fraud” to register seven year olds. It’s not “voter fraud” to have more than 100% registration.

Gotcha.

Also - the sky isn’t blue and grass isn’t green.

Since we’re in this weird “reality based” world where up is down, let’s just go all out.

The Republicans have been beating this drum for years in an effort to justify imposing restrictions on voters to help suppress turnout.  It is pathetic that these creeps have to resort to these tactics.

Bastard Republicans! Only wanting real citizens to vote? What are they thinking!

Seriously though, Mark Kirwin, you’re shameless.
