About The Tea Party: Did I Mention The Fabulous Prizes For The Best Signs?

Here’s one thing you probably haven’t heard yet the upcoming tea party on Thursday July 2nd on the steps of the capitol in Bismarck, ND. In addition to great speakers, great music and great food but there are also going to be prizes for the best tea party sign!
That’s right, the best 15 tea party signs at the event will get a copy of Mark Levin’s book Liberty and Tyranny. And the grand prize winner will get an autographed copy of Levin’s book, as well as $500 cash.
Quite a deal, no?
Speaking of deals, those of you reading this from the Fargo area (or those of you willing to drive to the Fargo area) can ride a bus to Bismarck with tea party speakers Scott Hennen and Kevin Cramer, including a meal, for just $25.00. Click here for more information.

For once Dino and I agree…

Being a liberal doesn’t mean being passive. Big mistake in believing that.

The left has always been more activist than the right. They are, by nature, street-fighters who do whatever is necessary to advance their agenda and – make no mistake – they are committed to their cause. Liberals would bury their differences and unite behind a cockroach, if they thought it could win.

The right, on the other hand, is a loosely connected batch of sub-groups, as likely to battle each other as the left.
Usually polite and differential, the right looks down its nose at ‘gutter’ politics.

The left has James Carvell, the right has Carl Rove.
The left supports ACORN, the right holds Tea Parties.
The right threatens revolution, the left does it.

It’s disingenuous, childish, and based on misguided beliefs. If they had a fucking brain they’d be clamoring for rounding up Wall Street types, particularly Goldman Sachs executives, and putting them in work camps or at least, prison. But typically, that type of whiner will support the rich that bend them over and have at it. They’ve been doing that for 30 years.

    Liberalism defined:

Whoa. Nice, er, liberalism there, Dino.

Instead of finding things to attack each other over, why don’t we find areas where we can agree, and find compromise…

    Well said.

Who knows, people are losing their job all over the place. When they do, it doesn’t hurt to have a little protection to allow people to get back on their feet.

For some reason, you attacked Bob personally. Judging by how much time others spend on this site, during their work hours, I think he would be the least likely person you should attack in that way.

    People in glass houses….you know?

If I believed in the death penalty I would push for that for Goldman execs.

It’s going to be a group of free citizens gathering together to exercise their rights to free assembly and free speech.

    What’s so wrong about that?

Who is going to lose their job?
