A Word To The Wise.

If you ever find yourself in a position to become guardian for a mentally imcompetent parent it's best not to use your parent's income as a personal slush fund. When your parent dies you have to account for every cent of their money you spent while you were the responible party. To give an example, if you turn in a receipt for over $5,000 of marble flooring it's best to at least make sure that the address on it matches the house you are claiming to have put in, rather than your mother-in-law's house. It's even better if you actually put the marble in.

After two days of conference calls between here and New Jersey we've managed to sort out about $60,000 in mis-spent funds and we're barely getting started. That's not including another $125,000+ that cannot be located or otherwise accounted for. Bullwinklette's aunt is probably going to be spending the majority of her quality time behind bars for the next several years. Not good for a mother with baby only 6 months old, but she should have given a little more consideration to that before she decided to rob an old man who could barely remember where he was. This wasn't anything less than a planned (poorly, but planned) scam of a supposed loved one, that being the case the baby may better off with mom away.

Updated:

It's probably not a real good idea to go to Home Depot and charge materials to the credit of card of the parent then return them for a cash refund the next day. There are ways to check on things like that.

Gee aren’t you the special one where were you when you loved one needed care? Seems real easy to come in after the fact looking for your cash, you should be kicking yourself for not being there when you were needed instead of leaving it up to somebody that would take advantage.

God damn it now the price of pallets will go through the roof. Who will build pallets now, we can not keep up with pallet production without illegals nobody else will build pallets. I give up I am going to move to another country that has more liberal pallet building employment laws.

Maybe we could outsource to India?

I am not sure that PETER at the help line knows how to buid a pallet. Only Illegals can do this, they are the only ones that want to anyway.

Richard, I have no other involvement with this other  than it’s my girlfriend’s grandfather. I won’t ever see a penny of the money and farther from needing or wanting it or needing it than you are from having brain cells to spare. My girlfriend has lived in Texas since before the man was unable to care for himself and she is disabled herself (wheelchairs and two story houses don’t mix well). The aunt was there in Jersey and stepped in and got herself declared guardian and even if she had done half-way decent job it still wouldn’t give her a license to steal. It is nice of your ignorant ass to accuse me wanting a slice of the pie but that is far from the case. Unlike you, I made my own and hav plenty.

In GA., really, stop the presses.

Hearing to vanish Potter set for today

Why don’t they just go ahead start burning the books now? No sense delaying the inevitable. I’m sure they already have their own list of what is tolerable and what isn’t. I’m sure their friends at the ACLU will support them, possibly on the grounds of Freedom of Speech.

That’s right. I don’t back that type of book banning when either side does it. Unlike you leftists who started off by claiming it was a Karl Rove plan then changed to blaming the whole deal on some e-mails being the threat. If you were baiting me to find some kind of bias or to get me to spout some moral equivalence crap you wasted your time. Use a mirror if that’s what you are looking for. Those are the tactics of you and your side.

I will say that from the look of your post it looked a lot like those that do not want anything to do with the care of their loved ones but want the spoils when they die, that was hsort sighted of me and for that I apologize.

No on to the rest, you have no idea what side I am on and it is very short sighted of you to assume that as well as it is ignorant o you to assume what my income level is.

Of course I can screw able bodied women unlike you so I guess that says a lot about where your opinions come from. Oh and Texas sux.

I kinda take that "able bodied women" thing personal. Shows you have the mentaility of a 12 year-old. You should have skipped this post all together, it says "to the wise", obviously wasn’t meant for a childish little oxygen waster like you. Just in case you don’t know it, I live Mexico, not Texas, but even if I did still live in Texas the opinion of a juvenile delinquent like you wouldn’t matter much anyway.

bullwinkle on April 20, 2006 at 11:58 am

You truly are a juvenile delinquent tard, aren’t you Richard? That second post was clearly a reply to Bob, not you.

Good it was intended to be personal, kind of like you deciding that you make more money than me. You see when you take unjustified shots you get em back.

Talk about childish you need to do some reading of your own posts.

I will agree that this can come up to another level and extend that to you.

richard on April 20, 2006 at 12:29 pm

You started off accusing me trying cut myself in on an inheritance with no reason to believe that was the case then you make a crack about  my girfriend using a wheelchair? You couldn’t raise yourself up to my level if your life depended on it.

For which I apologized.

I am not sure if I would ever want to reach you level though. You know shit smells the same whether you a snotty rich guy that lives in mexico or just a fairly well off newspaper guy in N.J., it is all in how you handle it going forward.

richard on April 20, 2006 at 01:37 pm

You live in the toll booth/smoke stack state and say that Texas sux? You’re a real winner. When it snows up there does your mom drive you or do still use your bike to deliver those papers?
