It is posted above that the Canal Zone is/was a U.S. Territory, and that McCain was born at a U.S. Military hospital there. Both those assertions are exactly incorrect. Further, the law which extended natural citizenship to offspring of our military personnel born apart from foreign soil wasn’t enacted until 1952 when McCain was very nearly an adult.

Suits were lodged to knock him off the ballot this year by U.S. citizens whose political leanings are purely of the conservative type. They were dismissed on arcane and murky “standing” technicalities and without any substantive explanation in accompaniment with the rulings.

Watch out. We are now on the slippery slope to being openly “ruled” instead of self-governing. The fact that questions about McCain’s and Obama’s birth circumstances and attendant disqualification from the Presidency are being met with such resounding silence is alone sufficient to bear this out.

It is Alexander Hamilton rule. Alexander Hamilton became a U.S. citizen the same Washington, Adams, and Jefferson did. That is when the Declaration of Independence was signed. However, though Hamilton was every bit a citizen as the others, he was born in the Bahamas. All the others were born is New England.

In that vein, I have discussed with many of you that I cannot support anyone — Democrat, Republican, Libertarian — who makes it a “policy” or “their opinion” that the least defensible of all humans beings (let’s not split hairs over whether a fetus is a human or not — stop kidding yourself) have no rights. Yeah, the “A” word surfaces. I do not know what your opinion on Abortion is but if you say you are a Christian, then Jesus should be that basis for our decisions. Have you asked Him what he thinks about “a woman’s right to choose?”

What about truth? Do you think that He who claimed to be “the way, the truth, and the life” may think that truth is important? Whose native tongue is deceit, anyway, according to Jesus? If you really don’t know, please let me know. I will show you what Jesus’ words indicate.

Are we putting our trust in people? Maybe different people? Maybe a new administration? Maybe “better” people (as if there is such a thing)? Or in God?

As for me, it is easier to believe in Bigfoot than that if we elect one person over another that, all of a sudden, all selfishness, greed, and self-serving behavior is going to be eradicated. Let us instead, “entrust ourselves to our faithful Creator and continue to do good” and “pray for those in authority over you”, regardless of their political affiliation.

And if you are one who calls yourself a Christian but are 1) putting your faith in someone other than God, or 2) loving things more than Jesus, maybe you should stop calling yourself a Christian. Every legitimate Birth Certificate, or copy, that I have ever seen, my own included, had an official raised seal on either the lower left or lower right corner, much like that of a public notary. In fact, without that seal, a “birth certificate” is just another piece of paper. I’ve seen no such seal on the Obama Birth Certificate. Why is that?

The London Times reported that Nadhmi Auchi, an Iraqi-born Billionaire loaned Rezko $3.5 million three weeks before Obama’s new home was purchased. Obama met Nadhmi Auchi many times with Rezko.

Whether or not this case against his citizenship is legitimate, I don’t know. What I do know is that as President of the United States, Obama has promised to raise taxes on the rich, an idea that was tried by Herbert Hoover and failed. He has promised to sign the Reproductive Freedom Act, which will in essence do away with any restrictions on abortion that have been upheld by the courts, including parental notification laws. He supports the right of homosexuals adopting children. He favors gun control, government run health care, and wealth redistribution.

Whether Obama is legally eligible to run for president or not, I don’t know but in my opinion, his value system disqualifies him.

Where does the lawsuit now stand? It is only 7 days from the election and the American public deserves to know the answer if he is a CITIZEN.

I would like to put this out there for all of you to digest. First, I would like to say that either is elected we will still be Americans 4 years later when we go through this again. Unfortunately, there is dirty politics on both ends and this is just one prime example. Here is how I view things. I wish that everyone would vote on the issues and not a popularity contest which a large majority has done since President Kennedy. I wish that money was not part of the process. If candidates truly cared, then they would put every penny given to them into the national debt. I know that would only put a tiny dent in it but you have to start somewhere. I am extremely disappointed in our news outlets for being extremely one sided. I watch the news to be informed not persuaded. Why have we fallen into a 2 party system where OUR reprehensive from OUR state votes on party lines and not on what is best for his or her state. When all these reprehensive D, R, and I’s voted for the stimulus package against what we the people wanted, they are saying that they are smarter than the people that put them there. Every one of them should be removed from office for not voting on the people voice. They are not there to think, they are there to represent the word of their state or district.

Let me shed some light on freedom, (please don’t bang me up on exact numbers) We lost 405,000 troops in WWII, We lost 29,000 in 19 days at the Invasion of Normandy. We lost primarily 2,700 civilians with in hours on Sept 11 2001. War is never pretty period; but we have lost 5,000 troops in Iraq in 7 years. Even the loss of 1 live is not good but in perspective… Take a look. I have served in that region 2 times and was proud of every second on the ground. I think that every soldier that we have lost to war is a saint! They gave what others were not willing too or could not for what ever reason and I THINK (don’t know) that most of them that lost their lives were doing what they loved to do, defending freedom!

On Iraq… Maybe they did not have WMD, maybe they did but the bottom line was that they gave the impression that they did and consistently boasted about defying the UN for weapons inspections. The UN inspections were a mandate… Not an option.

This is the deal, Obama provided a birth certificate to prove he was a natural born citizen. I have worked in the private industry regarding civil investigations and I can tell you that some document examiners will say anything especially when it comes to a hot-button issue like political office. I am not saying that Obama is or isn’t a natural born citizen. I am inclined to believe that he is a naturally born citizen but I just want you all to consider the source when making a decision who to vote for based on ravings of a nut job like Mr. Berg. If Obama’s ‘parents’ renounced his citizenship when he moved to Indonesia, then he does not qualify for the presidency under the laws of the U.S. Constitution. However, if they simply lied to the Indonesian government so he could go to school, which is plausible, then that is not an official renouncement of his U.S. citizenship. Frankly, I think he does not qualify based on the unwritten requirement that the president should have a sincere interest in furthering the future of freedom and democracy in the USA. Obama clearly does not. He is a puppet funded by subversives and foreign entities. Last time I checked, prior to 1986, a child born to a mother who was an American citizen and had lived in the states for at least 10 years prior to the birth of her child makes that child an American citizen, whether he was born here or not. I think that Government, for the people and by the people, died along time ago. No matter who we have in office, they are controlled by big business and the green giant called ‘money”. Presidents have been puppets for the last 100 years or so. They are some one for the public to either pin hope on or to blame when things don’t go right. But, like any puppet show, the Masters behind the scene are never seen. Politics is a complex show that as “The people”, we don’t really get to see it.
Yes, I believe that B.O. has Islamic ties, one of the reasons he didn’t want a woman running as vice P with him. I have great concern for both parties. I also feel that McCain was offered something in return for running, I don’t think it was his plan to win, if he really wanted to, he wouldn’t have picked such and inexperienced running mate. * a U.S. citizen for at least nine years at the time of election to the Senate.

Barack Obama is not even legally a black American. He only has one black great-great-grandmother on his father’s side while the other 7 were Arab.

I just did some research and it seems to me that Obama’s birth certificate is indeed false… it 1961 they would have used the term negroe as his fathers race and not african… but that being said… it is probably because his father’s race is listed as Arabic on his birth certificate that he won’t release it… he may have been born in Hawaii (but I’m not totally convinced of that either) but does not want his fathers real race to come up… on his fathers passport at the time it probably stated Arabic and that is what is most likely on his birth cert which he knows will not go over well with the American public… so he would rather take the fabrication rumors…

Victor, you’d sure think so, but Hawaii’s governor just sealed Obama’s birth certificate stating that Obama himself can only request to obtain the original document. Delay a lil’ suspicious? He just “happened” to return from Hawaii after saying he was going to visit his said ailing grandmother without his wife or children. Now the records are sealed and we hear nothing of the grandmother’s health? How much bs does he expect us to ignore? If there really is an original document in Hawaii, why wouldn’t he just immediately cough it up?
