$150,000 Offered For The LA Times Obama Tape?

In the immortal words of Rocket J. Squirrell - HOKEY SMOKES BULLWINKLE!!!!

Dirty Harry’s Place has received an offer from a private entity of $150,000 for a copy of the tape that the LA Times says it won’t release because they promised not to.

Click on over there to read the letter. It’s from someone named Aston Grimaldi ll at a company named Dune Capital. Too good to be true? Maybe. Pam over at Atlas Shrugs seems to think it’s on the up and up.

I’d approach this with a bit of caution, though. “Astron Grimaldi” sounds a bit like a name from a romance novel.

Anyway, true or not you can bet the pit stains are spreading over at the Obama camp and they’re running like gerbils on a wheel trying to figure out if there’s a real threat here.

Why?

Because if there is one tape, there are more. Someone has a copy. And they just haven’t had enough incentive to come out with it. Well, if this is real, now they have a bunch of incentive. Stacks. Oodles.

$150,000 worth. Heh. This is going to be fun one way or another.
