A Work-Around On Kelo
If I'm reading this correctly it would appear as though House Republicans are looking to stop local government using federal money for development from using eminent domain to obtain property for it.
Of course, I'm not really sure I like the idea of federal money for local development, but at least this is a step in the right direction.
