A Local Reason To Fight Illegal Immigration

From the Fargo Forum

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Wal-Mart Stores Inc. temporarily halted construction of a Supercenter and Sam's Club here, a day after two illegal immigrants working on the projects were charged with molesting two 13-year-old Belcourt girls.

We need legal immigration. However by definition Illegal Immigrants are law-breakers. Once someone's caught illegally in this country they should be deported immediately and forever banned from legally immigrating to this country.

Why not change the headline to: “A Local Reason To Fight Wal-Mart”?

Heh.

I’m no fan of Walmart but I don’t see it as their responsibility to check on someone else’s employees.

Illegal aliens are prone to commit crimes.  If they were not here they wouldn’t have committed this crime.

You missed my point, I’m afraid. It’s just as fair to blame this sexual molestation on Wal-Mart as it is to blame it on illegal immigration.

Yes, I agree with you that illegal immigration is a problem in our society (though we obviously disagree how big of a problem it is). But blaming illegal immigration for a case of alleged sexual molestation is absurd.

I suspect that there is indeed a positive link between illegal immigration and crime. It’s not an illogical proposition to suppose that people who are willing to break the immigration laws of a country probably have a skewed ethical view. I’d be very interested to see some hard data either confirming or discrediting this view.

On the other hand, I do think that anti-illegal immigration people go a bit far in playing up the link between illegal immigration and crime. It always strikes me as somehow an overly sweeping generalization.

I’m for reducing illegal immigration. I’m also for reducing crime. However, I’m against overly torturing rhetoric.

Right on. Look, I believe that there is a link between poverty and crime. But there’s no way I can then say that Wal-Mart will be responsible for the next crime an employee commits!

Those people shouldn’t have been in this country.  If we had enforced our laws that crime would not have happened.

Working at Walmart is still legal as far as I know.

Great reasoning.

Thank you. It is beyond ridiculous to blame illegal immigration for sexual molestation.

We might as well blame it on a lack of available birth control… if these two immigrants had never been born, they never would have molested those girls! rolleyes

First of all, they are not immigrants.  They are criminals-trespassers.

Secondly it’s completely reasonable to blame this case of illegal immigration for this crime of sexual molestation.

Third it would be none of our business what a couple in another country chooses to do regarding birth control.  On the other hand it is our business that these two jerks chose to disregard our laws in how they got here.

Damn, I wasted my entire paycheck on coke and strippers.

And paint, of course. I’m doing redoing the furniture in my house over the weekend, and it’s supposed to be hot, so the coke should keep me cool.

I’ve heard that “link between poverty and crime” lately, especially after the looting in New Orleans. But I think it’s misguided. There’s no link between poverty and crime.

There IS a link, however, between laziness and crime.

People steal when they’re too lazy to work hard to get what they want. White and blue collar alike.

People decide to sneak across the border because they’re too lazy to immigrate through the proper channels.

There are plenty of poor folks who were taught the value of a good work ethic. Unfortunately, they are far too few.

For the record, these guys weren’t employees of Wal-Mart.  They were employees of a contractor hired by Wal-Mart to build their store.

I’m not sure was responsibility Wal-Mart has to ensure that all the workers for a private business they contract out to are legal.  But, personally, I’d aim my ire at the contractor that hired the illegals, not Wal-Mart.

[...] I’m glad that several North Dakota cities are getting new Wal-Mart stores, but it seems as though the construction of these stores have brought a wave of illegal immigrants down on our cities. Already we’ve had a sex crime committed by these illegals and this drug arrest described above, yet the construction has really only been going on for the last month or so. [...]

I worked at the Wal-Mart store and complained to my foreman about the illegal aliens at the worksites in Bismarck. They couldn’t even speak english and it seemed like they had no fear of being confronted by employers or police. There were abut 6 to 8 of them on any given day. They did a sub-contract for the metal framing of the building and it was bid to low for local contractors to compete. The Minnesota Union worker which makes about $30 per hour more than the instate North dakota workers don’t care who they sub work out too. The cheapest worker gets the job. That’s how it works and the Union has branched out from Minnesota.

I doubt if the local Bismarck construction workers will stay much longer because they can’t afford to feed their families. Some I know were foreman and living on foodstamps to feed their kids, and provide insurance because few get covered by our employers. There’s no room for negotiation between the worker and the employer anymore, Illegals have ruined the construction economy in Bismarck. One contractor I know from Minot told me he was having trouble finding workers which was an unnormal thing to him. The workers have gone away to look for work but there isn’t any. I warned everyone I knew in ND because the hard times I had seen caused by Illegals in Texas turned out to be right in front of me in Bismarck.

I wish people had listened to my complaints because it could have saved those two girls from being raped by mestizos.

The story is they came from El Salvador and Mexico, and after working in Mississippi they went to Bismarck to work for the Minnesota General Contractor building Wal-Mart.

The reason the Wal-Mart checked this out was because it was reported to a group called the (WNN) White Nation Network, a group of activists opposed to the illegal aliens having free reign in our nation to rape and pillage as they please. Their led by an original Minuteman Volunteer who volunteered to guard the Az border. They were planning to protest the existing Wal-Mart stores if there was no action taken. The police who had arrested the mestizo rapists found they were working at the Wal-Mart owned stores under construction and after being hit with stiff fines by the government already they decided to listen to them and do a thorough investigation at the worksites.

I’m glad someone is standing up for us or none of the news would even cover this. It would have been silenced if the people hadn’t publicized it themselves on message boards like this. I found some good information at Vanguard News Network.

[...] Comments:  Comment from: Robert Pavia [Visitor] You should send the article about Mexican women being abused to the president of Mexico (Vincente Fox), He is responsible for encouraging his population to violate the laws of entry into the United States.  11/25/05 @ 19:40 Comment from: Kerry [Visitor] Its a well written and true article, however I would have liked to have had it balanced with a notation on the amount of AMERICAN woman that have been raped and murdered by the illegial immigrants.  11/27/05 @ 16:41 Comment from: Patricia Torrecillas [Visitor] Yeah, and??  Mexico, Mexico, dangerous and corrupt Mexico. When oh when will we stop being responsible for every damn bad thing?  Where is the government of the “Citizens of Mexico?”, no where of course, because it’s all the fault of America, after all we “invaded and stoled” their land, right? So I guess that means we’ll be paying for the rest of our lives...sounds kinda nuts!  A coutry without a border is not a country.  The border is non-negotiable.  11/27/05 @ 21:01 Comment from: Warren [Visitor] · http://sayanythingblog.com/2005/10/19/a-local-reason-to-fight-illegal-immigration This is very troubling for many readers (including me) but it merely points out one atrocity going on. This is a good article for circulation although as Kerry said it lacks the facts surrounding our own women being raped by this 3rd world trash congregating at our southern doorstep.  I watched the “Crossing the Line” titled broadcast on the news tonight. It seemed to me the agenda was to discredit the MMP and glorify the traitor water boys who keep this train of human cargo rolling north. Disgusting collaborators like them are contributing to the rapes and violent deaths of many people. I would immediately stop any Dual Citizenship for US Citizens. It creates a false American and their loyalties are divided and not for our Nation, our people, or our national security interests.  I dont exactly know where this is all going to lead because we have so many factions contributing in the struggle for border security. Some are loyal Americans but some I believe are agitators. In the end we’ll see who’s loyal because they will be the men and women standing next to us. I’ll be honored to look you in the eyes and make a stand for justice. God Bless you all for the courage to stand up to evil and against those who hate you for being so good, so American.  What I do see clearly is that it’s going to take more than words or propaganda to settle this coming storm. Prepare yourselves because these are only symptoms of a dying nation, not the cause. I don’t know anyone who would disagree anymore that we’re heading towards hard times in America.  If it were up to me we would have Special Forces and Marines backed up by mobile infantry guarding the borders, not National Guards. However, when I look with my own eyes and see no security at all, I can’t argue that we need the National Guard atleast as a first step. Either that or begin deputizing Minutemen until we can withdraw forces from the Gulf to defend our borders. We’ve been invaded and it continues. Some invade armed but most come unarmed and then when inside our borders they pick up their weapons from gangs and other criminals.  Make no mistake about it this is a CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE and it’s growing, not shrinking. The Border War will be worse than the Drug War if left to ferment any longer. Some say the two are the same and it only shows that the Drug Runners and the Coyotes are one. Their cargo is Dope, Weapons, and Illegal Aliens. Don’t be surprised that they rape or kill, be vigilant in protecting your children, wives, and property. Not just on the Border towns but every town they’ve infested all over the Nation. Two 13 year old girls were just raped in my neighborhood in Bismarck, ND.  These Coyotes are not above kidnapping your families, raping them, and selling them out of the country. Just ask any Texan about what happens in Laredo and the families searching for their daughters taken away from them at gunpint while walking on an American Street, and never seen again.  13 year olds Raped by Illegals in my town in North Dakota. http://www.kxma.com/news/local.asp?ID=5996 3 Illegal Aliens Beat Pregnant Woman http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=46959 Border Kidnappings http://www.newsmax.com/archives/articles/2003/12/3/191837.shtml WNN Activism in ND http://www.vnnforum.com/showthread.php?t=25144&highlight=bismarck+north+dakota 11/27/05 @ 21:12 Comment from: Rosey [Visitor] We didn’t steal anything from Mexico, we kicked their ass! this land belonged to Native Americans first. But what makes me more upset is the ignorance of some of the people posting regarding this subject. I would like to see statistics on how many illegal aliens participate in violet crimes as compared to citizens white or black. I am sure that number well overshadows any incidents in the US. Although I agree that non legal entry into the United States is wrong, to make uneducated generalizations is just plain erroneous. I fear that this organization have some raciest people who carry raciest sentiments and that will ruin the credibility of an organization who I feel really wants to make America a more secure place. I would hope that people who post on this site would think before they post and think about how their “views” will reflect on the movement thus injuring the minutemen’s credibility.  11/28/05 @ 14:51 Comment from: Raciest Gonzales [Visitor] First thing I need is that you define “Raciest” then we can decide if any of us are a Raciest.  If we find any of these what should we do ?  11/28/05 @ 16:00 [...]
