Snake Explodes After Eating Alligator

In this photo provided by the Everglades National Park, the carcass of a six-foot American alligator is shown protruding from the mid-section of a 13-foot Burmese python Monday, Sept. 26, 2005 in Everglades National Park, Fla., after the snake apparently swallowed the alligator resulting in the deaths of both animals. I heard Rush Limbaugh talking about this during his radio show today (while I was waiting for the tow truck to show up).
It took me a minute to figure out what I was looking at when I first saw it, so I'll explain. The python is situated in a u-shape with the backside of the alligator bursting out of it in the middle of the photo.
