In Memoriam

On Memorial Day, we spend time thanking God for the men and women who have given everything for the freedom that you and I enjoy every day. Everywhere you look, you will find memorials, tributes, and speeches about these great Americans. So I wish to add something slightly different.

Not meant to detract in any way from the great men and women who gave it all in wars past and present, but a special memorial was brought to my attention recently that honors those who were some of the first casualties in this current War on Terror. I will add nothing more, view the pictures for yourself.

Very cool.

When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty.
