Kerry’s Big Fat SUV

Kerry on drilling in ANWR:

Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., argued that more oil would be saved if Congress enacted an energy policy focusing on conservation, more efficient cars and trucks and increased reliance on renewable fuels and expanded oil development in the deep-water Gulf where there are significant reserves.

"The fact is (drilling in ANWR) is going to be destructive," said Kerry.

Kerry's SUV

Last time I checked Chevy Suburbans, even when owned by one's family, weren't running on vegetable oil.

Neither do private jets.

Another example of the elites telling us: “Do as we say, not as we do”

According to http://www.greenercars.com/12mean.html
the Suburban is the sixth-worst auto in the WORLD for environmental friendliness.

Kerry hypocrisy:  thank you, may we have another?

Kerry---and for that matter most of the Democratic Party---ARE hypocrites, Rob. Of that there can be no doubt.

However, when I compare Kerry’s car to Bush sending 1500 Americans to their deaths to protect Unocal’s assets---well, I know which one is the lesser of two evils.

It works better if you don’t run on in one big sentence. Punctuation is your friend!

Don,

Three things:

1 - Before you get started with me, you need to send your wits out to be sharpened.

2 - I’m not responsible for your lack of education.  The fact is, the sentence you’re referring to is correctly constructed (from a punctuation standpoint).  The fact that you can’t parse it isn’t anyone’s fault but yours.

3 - Nice try at deflection, but no cigar.  The fact remains that one has only to read your average post to realize that when it comes to making some kind of--even convolted and wrongheaded--sense, you couldn’t tamp sand down a rat hole.

Regards…

Don,

I know just what you mean, buddy.

It’s akin to when I compare Bush’s sending 1500 Amuricans (I wonder if he picked them personally--you know, like, “Uh, yeah, get that whitebread Jack Smith over there so the l’il shit can get popped, but don’t send the Morales kid cuz his daddy is one of those hardworking illegal lettuce-pickers.") to their death to protect Unocal’s assets to Teddy Kennedy’s letting poor ol’ Mary Jo drown so he could stick around the Senate and help Kerry push thru the Big Dig that the families of those 1500 will be paying for in perpetuity I know which is the lesser of two evils…

{See, everybody, you, too, can take disassociated lumps of crap and compare ‘em to each other like apples and oranges--but you gotta work at it...}

Seems a little late to cry about ad hominem now, don’t you think Mr. “Before you get started with me”

Since Strunk & White advise us to omit needless words, I thought I’d edit down your last two comments into a usable form:

“you poopy-head!”

See...clarity is a virtue!

Don,

Actually, it started with “Punctuation is your friend!” don’tcha think?  That and your intentional misuse of my name…
